The AFTER Blog
The blog is where we publish the pieces that don’t quite fit a framework letter — the questions the family didn’t know to ask, the symptom that came back at year two, the conversation with the IEP team that everyone walked out of feeling worse, the IME doctor’s report that didn’t sound like the survivor at all.
How We Write
The AFTER blog is built around a single test: will this still serve a family on a Wednesday morning three years from now? If yes — we publish. If it sounds like a brochure, a clinic FAQ, or a wellness influencer talking about resilience, we rewrite it until it doesn’t.
What We Don’t Publish
We don’t publish clickbait. We don’t publish “5 things every TBI family needs to know” lists. We don’t publish anything we wouldn’t hand to someone we love at hour seventy-two of a vigil.
The blog is not how we grow traffic. The blog is how we earn the right to be there at month three.
Archive coming soon
The archive opens with our launch articles. A new piece publishes weekly, alternating between tactical and reflective.

Pitch Us a Story
The AFTER blog is built on lived experience — ours and other families’. If you have walked a piece of this terrain and want to share what you learned, we want to hear from you.
When New Pieces Publish
A new piece publishes weekly, alternating between tactical and reflective. The AFTER newsletter is where you’ll see them first. Bi-weekly. No noise.
