These terms cover how you may use AFTER | TBI and what you can expect from us. Our Disclaimer and Privacy Policy are part of these terms.
AFTER | TBI is built for families navigating cognitive fatigue, vision sensitivity, vestibular symptoms, and the everyday exhaustion that comes with caregiving. Accessibility is a core requirement of the platform, not an afterthought.
We design for WCAG 2.1 AA compliance. Where we fall short, we want to know. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact us at [email protected] and we will address it.
The articles, podcasts, ebooks, and other materials published on AFTER | TBI are © AFTER | TBI. We grant a limited, personal-use right to download, print, and share materials with family members, caregivers, clinicians, and others who are walking the same terrain.
If you are an educator, clinician, or organization that wants to use AFTER content in your work, contact us. We say yes more often than not.
Everything on this platform is educational. It is not medical, legal, or clinical advice, and no professional relationship is created by using the site. The full Disclaimer explains what that means — it is short and worth reading.
We update this page when our practices change or when applicable law requires. Material changes are dated at the top.
